The Integrated series from NUDURA combines building envelope products that work in conjunction with our line of Insulated Concrete Forms to provide maximum energy efficiency.

HYDROFOAM® maximizes radiant heat insulation for residential projects by ensuring the heat is dispersed evenly throughout the entire floor area, providing home owners with a more comfortable living and working environment.

NUDURA has brought innovation to the market with our line of InsulatedHydroFoam Concrete Forms and that innovation continues with HYDROFOAM®. Installation is fast and easy compared to traditional radiant heat insulation which requires multiple steps to run radiant heat piping. The 4’ x 4’ (1.2 m x 1.2 m) boards are 2 1/2“ (64 mm) thick and easily installed with an overlapping interlock on all four sides, ensuring the boards are locked in place during installation. HYDROFOAM® utilizes a 360° multi-directional friction fit anchor system in to whichHydroFoam pipe placement radiant heat piping is easily stepped into place in any direction required.

The One Series by NUDURA, is the industry’s only multi-link form. It offers builders and architects unmatched versatility for projects designed using ICF technology.

The One Series significantly cuts labor requirements by eliminating the need to strip foam for elevator shafts, stairwells and other areas that require non-combustible products. It is ideal for pools and any other project where only one side of foam is needed. Transition between concrete and foam is seamless, the unique design allows concrete to meet with the outside edge of a NUDURA foam panel. The DURA MULTILINK TechnologyTM web, uses smaller attachment points that have been created to alleviate webs being visible in the concrete side of the wall. This innovative design features just two small connection points per web that are easily covered over and hidden. The result is a smooth interior or exterior surface alike.

DURALOK Technology™

Our patented Fastening Strip securely locks forms into place with a patented reversible triple tooth interlock eliminating float and compression and the need to wire forms. The DURALOK Technology™ has embedded web/fastening strips that run the full 18-inch height of each and every web, ensuring the icf forms do not compress during concrete placement and provide an industry leading continuous fastening strip for finish materials.

DURAFOLD Technology™

Our Patented Hinged Web allows NUDURA ICF Products to be shipped flat, allowing for 40% more product on a truck compared to other ICF Form products. Simply unfold and stack.

DURAMAX Technology™

NUDURA Standard Forms are the largest standard Insulated Concrete Form in the industry measuring 96″ x 18″ (2438 x 457 mm) allowing the placement of 12 square feet of wall area in one building step. Building with DURAMAX Technology™ results in faster installation times, less waste and a reduced amount of seams.

4-WAY REVERSIBLE System

The patented foam interlock allows the form to be 4 way reversible, almost eliminating waste. Eliminates left and right corners which allow NUDURA ICF Forms to be used in twice as many scenarios as no reversible forms.
